Our first apprentice!

At EDGEMTech, we are committed to supporting the next generation of engineers by fostering their skills in embedded software development. We firmly believe that apprenticeship is a cornerstone of high-level engineering education, combining theoretical knowledge with essential hands-on experience.

We are proud to welcome Desmond Mgbechi, our very first apprentice, who joined our facilities at the beginning of August as he completes his final year of studies in electronics at CPNV (Centre professionnel du Nord vaudois). A solid background in electronics offers a significant advantage to aspiring embedded software engineers, as it provides a deep understanding of how hardware operates. This knowledge allows them to develop software that works in perfect harmony with physical systems—resulting in more efficient, reliable, and innovative solutions.
